Joanne Kellermann is the Chair of PFZW, the pension fund for the Care and Welfare sector and the 2nd largest pension fund in The Netherlands. Before that, she was a Board Member of the Single Resolution Board (SRB) in Brussels, since its inception in 2015. From 2007 until 2014 she was an executive member of the Governing Board of the Netherlands Central Bank (DNB), responsible for supervision. She was actively involved in all major crisis interventions in the Netherlands’ financial sector and after the crisis lead the development of supervising culture and behaviour in firms. She started her career as a lawyer in the law firm NautaDutilh and was a partner in the finance practice in Amsterdam and London between 1992 and 2005. She currently also chairs the board of supervisory directors of NWB Bank NV, the board of the University of Utrecht, is a member of the board of P.R.I.M.E. Finance, of the advisory board of Transparency International Netherlands and of the supervisory board of Aflatoun, an NGO that empowers 10 million children annually worldwide through social and financial education.
